**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in dimensions.
- Assemble machined parts according to specifications, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and other related equipment.
- Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with CAD software for reading technical drawings is preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices is advantageous.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
