**Summary of Job**

The Lot Attendant will assist the service department with various day to day needs and provide direction on tasks that need to be completed throughout the day. The primary areas of focus for this position will be managing service vehicles and ensuring units are clean and parked properly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Park vehicles in the appropriate areas and ensure that they are clean and presentable
- Inspect new vehicles delivered to dealership for transport damage
- Check inventory to ensure that the doors are locked, and the windows are closed
- Assist with fueling, moving, and washing units when needed
- Ensure that the lot is clean and remove any debris/garbage
- Various outdoor activities: lot attendants are expected to dress appropriately for the weather, including for frigid temperatures and rain

- Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Trustworthy
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks around the building
- Positive attitude and behavior
- Initiative
