**About Us**:
We are an innovative online learning company offering engaging, project-based classes for students ages 7-18. Our mission is to spark creativity and confidence through dynamic, hands-on learning experiences. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced **Animation Instructor** to teach online classes using tools like Adobe Animate, Capcut, Blender, ToonBoom, or other beginner-friendly animation platforms.

**Position Overview**:
As an Online Animation Instructor, you’ll guide students through the process of creating their own animated projects. You’ll foster a fun and supportive virtual environment, provide clear demonstrations, and encourage creative exploration. Classes may be 1-on-1 or small group and are taught live via Zoom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach engaging and age-appropriate online animation classes to kids and teens
- Adapt curriculum or develop your own lesson plans around 2D and/or 3D animation projects
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support during each session
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and encouraging class atmosphere
- Communicate professionally with students and parents as needed
- Submit brief notes or progress updates after sessions

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in animation tools such as Adobe Animate, Capcut Blender, Toon Boom, or similar
- Teaching or tutoring experience, especially with youth (online or in-person)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone
- Comfortable using Zoom and screen sharing during lessons
- Creative, patient, and passionate about inspiring young learners

**Nice to Have**:

- Animation or arts degree (or equivalent experience)
- Availability during morning, afternoon, and after-school hours and/or weekends
