We have an exciting opportunity in our Supply Chain, Quality Department. This role is based out of our Mississauga Head Office location (60% in-office, 40% remote).

General summary

The Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) Leader is a 18M Contract role that will be responsible for the auditing of the food safety and processing systems for the co-manufacturer facility, investigating and following up for process deviations, consumer/customer complaints and implementing strategies for corrective action as needed. Supports Business Quality and Warehouse/repacking quality Leaders within the Canadian Business.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead Support for 5 Canadian Co-Manufacturer
- Reviews quality and processing documentation as needed and provides insight on any potential processing issues and issues non-conformances for any deviations by the co-man team
- Leads co-man team with complaint investigation and ensures timely close out of the complaint
- Monthly trending of co-man complaints, summarizing drivers and next steps to improve quality and food safety of the product

Assists in Food Safety and Quality Audits at Co-Manufacturer
- Works closely with Co-man Quality lead and supports the quality and food safety audits
- Validates the processing and filling critical parameters to adhere to Campbell’s standards
- Conducts procedure audits to ensure compliance with the plant policies

Support Canadian Business Quality and Warehouse Quality
- Backup to the Co-manufacture Quality Leader and Warehouse/Repacker Quality Leader as needed to assist with imports of finished goods, reworking of finished goods at re-packer and/or 3PL, external audits
- Development and updating of procedures for co-mans and Canadian business
