**Shift Leader Roles & Responsibilities**
- Maintain our fun, positive and respectful culture while keeping team members on task with their responsibilities
- Assist GM in Hiring + Training new bartenders, servers, and hosts
- Adhere to blowers & Grafton policies and procedures
- Manage floor. Pre-shift, cuts, dealing with discount/voids and customer complaints
- Ensure the bar is clean and checklists are being complete
- Complete assigned ordering every week
- Learn and memorize all of our food and beverage menu items
- Understand and adhere to all of the B&G policies and procedures
- Understand and embrace the B&G culture and values
- Learn closing duties such as running closing reports, cash handling, cashouts, and breaking down the bar
- Ensure takeout and delivery partner orders are correctly set, accepted, packaged, and completed
- Attend all manager meetings
- Weekly communication on updates, reminders, and other important messages to the team
- Pickup stock if we are low, and advise ordering Manager
- Have a passion for providing East Coast Hospitality

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
