- **Status**: Full time, Part time (permanent)
- **Schedule**: Shift work based on weekly schedules, weekends, daytime and evenings.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Attendant performs indoor and outdoor general maintenance work. He will need to show high responsibility level since he will perform mostly of his task independently in cooperation with all others department of the hotel.

**YOUR RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Proceed to visual inspection of the equipment
- Actively participate in preventive building maintenance procedures
- Perform daily maintenance work and reflect their activities in their schedule
- Perform interior and exterior work
- Report any defective systems and make the necessary corrections
- Possibility of gathering materiel outside the property
- Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects by move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder
- Responsible for maintaining all mechanical component of the building under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor
- Proceed to minor electrical work (ex: light bulbs change)
- Ensure that service manuals are follow during preventive maintenance, repair or replacement of systems or components and adhere to sound engineering practices, building codes and health & safety precautions

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Experience in building maintenance
- High school Diploma or College diploma in mechanical technic of a building or an equivalent is an asset
- In good physical condition, capable of handling heavy materials and perform labor intensive duties, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 100 pounds without assistance.

**Experience**:
