**About the role**:
OLIVER is seeking an exceptional Animator to join our Content team for our newest financial services client. You will play a key role in producing a wide variety of live action and motion graphic video content. This position works alongside an award-winning team of directors, copywriters, and producers.

**What you will be doing**:

- Talented and well-rounded animator that works well under tight deadlines and high-quality expectations
- Recommend the best approaches to integrate 3-D components into final commercial quality products
- Developing storyboards for animation projects
- Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, with the ability to produce concept sketches and quick concept edits
- Designing backgrounds, sets and other elements of the animated environment
- Developing timing and pacing of motion, based on audio requirements
- Working with the story editors to merge the various layers of animation
- Recording dialogue for the animation, where necessary
- Collaborating with other creatives including designers, photographers and other Editors to finalize projects

**What you need to be great in this role**:

- Create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions
- Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data
- Give and receive constructive, creative feedback across teams
- Create prototypes and mock-ups of new types of products
- Comprehend and execute direction from the Group Creative Director and other leads
- Must be able to take direction, communicate with other artists, as well as external contractors, and work with engineers to ensure that art and animations are properly implemented in the studio
- Ability to illustrate and storyboard
- Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong design, communication, and project management skills
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
