**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and menu options.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations.
- Utilize POS systems to manage table assignments and track guest preferences.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- A passion for guest services and a commitment to enhancing the dining experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
