**About the Opportunity**

We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We're currently hiring for a Landscape Lead Hand to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a crew of 3-5 employees
- Order materials
- Complete a variety of landscaping tasks including grading and sodding
- Lead and follow customers' landscape design, construction and installation
- Work effectively within a team or independently
- Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day

**Requirements**:

- Be a good leader with strong communication skills
- Drivers license and own transportation required
- A clean drivers abstract
- WHIMIS training
- Good organization and time management skills
- Experience operating a machine considered an asset
