**REPORTS TO: Manager, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure**

**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and provide comprehensive administration for the entire Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities. This includes in-depth knowledge and management of services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Azure Entra AD, and Intune.
- Proactively monitor Microsoft 365 usage patterns and rates to ensure efficient and effective employee utilization. Identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas where improvements or user guidance are needed to optimize the system's value.
- Manage the controlled deployment of new Microsoft 365 features and functionalities. This includes thorough testing in a staging environment, planning the rollout, and ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
- Perform comprehensive Microsoft 365 tenant management tasks for the enterprise. This encompasses the administration of identities, security settings, compliance features, and the underlying supporting technologies.
- Conduct regular monthly audits of the Azure Entra AD environment to ensure accurate user reconciliation and identify any discrepancies.
- Create and manage security groups and distribution groups within Azure Entra AD to facilitate secure access and efficient communication.
- Maintain and update local SharePoint team sites by contributing and adapting content to reflect current procedures and documentation.
- Develop and implement PowerShell scripts and other automation tools to streamline and automate routine administrative processes within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Implement, configure, and support Microsoft 365 security policies, including Anti-spam, Anti-phishing, and Anti-malware measures, to protect the organization from threats.
- Design, implement, and support Conditional Access Policies (CAPs) to enforce secure access to Microsoft 365 resources based on various conditions.
- Proactively maintain the security of the Microsoft 365 environment by continuously monitoring for potential vulnerabilities, identifying risks, and implementing timely mitigation strategies.
- Provide effective and efficient Tier 2 and Tier 3 level service desk support for Microsoft 365 related issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of user satisfaction.
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned support tickets within the ticketing system, ensuring problem resolution to a satisfactory completion and adhering to proper escalation procedures.
- Efficiently address and resolve end-user requests related to their Microsoft 365 accounts, including timely password resets and account unlock procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Possess a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification;
- Demonstrable experience in successfully administering Microsoft 365 products;
- Experience with and enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring and on the job training;
- Able to present complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience, with the ability to provide the appropriate level of detail;
- Able to work and collaborate in a team environment;
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required;
- Bilingual in English/French is a strong asset.
