In this role, you provide vital front-line customer support that includes observing slot players and machines in specific areas. You will also offer instruction and answer questions on various games and machines to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with awareness of and excitement for on-going and up-coming Casino promotions.
- Work in compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures
- Manage a cash float and provides jackpot payouts and change to guests.****

**What You Bring**
- Experience handling cash and working with the public.
- Superior customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time and pull, lift, and carry objects weighted similar to a full box of paper.
- A willingness to develop new skills and stay on top of the latest industry news and insights.

Create meaningful relationships with a high function management team while working in one of the most beautiful facilities in town Chance currently employs 65 people across five departments. Our casino has 117 gaming seats 50 bingo seats and approximately 60 restaurant seats. We are part of the West Coast Group which features two Prestige Hotels three restaurants and one casino.
