**What we are looking for **
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, liquor, wine and beers
- The willingness to learn and develop cocktail skills further to become a master behind the bar
- An understanding of the importance of creating a memorable experience for our guests
- Provide ideas and creative developments for the cocktail list alongside the Manager
- Assist Manager in cost control/inventory

Personal Aptitudes and Personality:

- Ambassadorship-Complete understanding and belief in our philosophy and culture
- Highly organized. Personal commitment to continuous improvement.
- Use your experience and attentive nature to assist the Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations to elevate the guest experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, with shifts including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- Prior experience in problem solving
- Knowledge and consistent compliance of government health and safety standards.

All Front of house staff must be Pro-Serve certified.

**Please note that while we are looking for a person with bartending skills, they may be required to be available to serve on the floor as well**
