**About Us**:
Frontier Signworks & Safety is a locally owned company specializing in custom signage, vehicle graphics, branding, and safety solutions. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized front-end team member to provide exceptional customer service and help coordinate projects from start to finish.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Answer questions and provide guidance on signage, graphics, and safety solutions
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and work orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate timelines between departments to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
- Communicate project details and updates with customers and team members
- Assist with order entry, sales, and basic administrative tasks
- Support production, design, or installation teams when workloads shift
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-end area

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quoting and documentation
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and assist across multiple departments
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative roles is an asset
- Aptitude for design or creative thinking is a plus
