**Legatum estate litigation** is a law firm that focuses on estate disputes. The work we do is consequential for our clients and assists in clarifying the law for families in crisis (see our recent decisions: _**Barbieri Estate v. White,**_ **2023 BCSC 1176** and _**Klassen v. Cornies**_**, 2023 BCCA 420**).
We are currently seeking a **litigation lawyer** to join our team. This is a full-time position. It is primarily an in-office position with some flexibility to work remotely. **Legatum's office is in Abbotsford, B.C.** and is walking distance from the new City of Abbotsford court house.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
- A Bachelor of Laws (LLB or JD) from an accredited law school;
- A practicing member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis or similar tools;
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
