**Job Summary**
We are currently hiring an experienced **Landscape Construction Technician** to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on high-quality installation of landscape features. You’ll be working alongside a lead hand or supervisor, helping to bring outdoor spaces to life with materials like soil, plants, pavers, stone, and wood.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the installation of softscapes (soil, mulch, plants, turf) and hardscapes (retaining walls, patios, walkways, fencing)
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment (plate compactors, saws, etc.)
- Load, unload, and move construction materials
- Grade and prep surfaces, dig and trench as needed
- Follow site plans and layout instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
- Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver quality results

**Skills**
- Minimum 1-2 years of landscape construction experience
- Strong knowledge of materials and installation methods
- Comfortable operating tools and small equipment
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Positive attitude, dependable, and able to take direction
- Valid Class 5 driver's license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
