**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist members with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, phone inquiries, and facility tours
- Handle membership inquiries, sign-ups, and renewals
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide exceptional customer service and address member needs promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless member experience

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and office software
- Previous experience in a fitness or high-end gym setting is a significant advantage
- Enthusiastic about fitness and a healthy lifestyle

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
