**Job Title: Superintendent - 4-Storey Residential Complex in Sechelt, BC**
**Salary Range**:$130,000 - $140,000 + Completion Bonus

Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of a $28M, 4-storey wood-frame seniors living facility in Sechelt, BC. This 94-unit residential complex requires a Superintendent who is driven, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in managing residential construction projects.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and manage all on-site activities for the 4-storey wood-frame residential project.
- Coordinate and communicate with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure project completion within budget and schedule while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Work closely with the project team to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee site safety, compliance, and WorkSafe BC regulations, prioritizing zero-incident outcomes.
- Participate in all project phases from pre-construction to post-occupancy, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally within residential or wood-frame construction.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results.
- Knowledge of WorkSafe BC and other regulatory compliance standards.
- Ability to live and work in Sechelt for the project duration.
