As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be managing the repair and maintenance department including equipment, mechanical, buildings, installation of updates or new equipment and the removal of equipment.
**What You Will Do**:
- **Champion Safety**: Prioritize the well-being of all employees by ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- **Optimize Maintenance**: Coordinate and execute all maintenance activities (preventative, predictive and emergency for both building and equipment
- **Empower Teams**: Manage, lead, mentor, train and supervise department team members including all employee decisions, key metrics, and performance
- **Ensure Quality**: Work with Quality Assurance and Production for process control program implementation and continuous improvement of equipment performance monitoring
- **Accelerate Growth**: Collaborate with HR, Sales, Product Development, and other departments to drive strategic initiatives that maximize efficiency and profitability.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical processes related to manufacturing.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of CMMS software is an asset.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establish priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
