**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate the espresso machine and other equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Assist customers in selecting menu items and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Follow food safety protocols in food preparation and handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in coffee service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic math calculations.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.

**Salary**: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
