**JOB OVERVIEW**
- Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professionals to join our team in the role of **Winter 2026 Co-Op Student**to start in January 2026.

**Digital & Technology Services**: provides essential support functions and innovative solutions to enable the company’s core operations. The CTS team delivers a wide range of services, including information technology, cybersecurity, business process improvement, project management, supply chain, facilities management, and corporate administration. By leveraging advanced technologies and best practices, CTS ensures the reliability, efficiency, and security of OPG’s business and operational processes, supporting the company’s mission to provide clean, reliable energy to Ontarians.

**We are looking for students enrolled in one of the following programs**:

**Technical Skills**:

- Students should have at least one or more experiences in the following areas:

- **Front-End Development**:Experience with JavaScript, Angular, React, and jQuery for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces. Proficient in HTML and CSS for web layout and design.
- **Database & Reporting**:Experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools including Power BI and Tableau. Exposure to SAP systems for enterprise resource planning and reporting.
- **Version Control & Collaboration**:
Experience in using Git for version control and collaborative development.
- **Additional Skills**:Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and basic testing practices. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at a recognized college or university majoring in one of the following disciplines:

- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Mathematics
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Information Systems
- Statistics
- University or College, minimum 1st year completed
- Returning to full-time studies after the work term or require the placement to graduate.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 70% (unofficial transcript is required).
