Operator Ia

Two temporary full-time unionized positions, for an immediate replacement until the return of the incumbent - at least until April 11th, 2026

Reporting to the Foreman of Public Works, the operator performs maintenance of municipal roads and its infrastructures, snow removal of streets, sidewalks and provides support for other department requiring heavy machinery.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma
- Hold a three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the public works field (municipal sector or private contractor)
- Manual and mechanical skills, knowledge of practices, methods and tools used for public works
- Hold a valid driver’s license, class AZ or DZ (or equivalent)
- Bilingualism French and English. Work environment is Francophone
- Initiative and autonomy

REMUNERATION

$28.80 hourly according to the Collective Agreement presently in force.
