As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. Your duties will include:

- Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site
- Managing and directing subcontractors and other construction workers
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Conducting quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring that work is completed on schedule
- Collaborating with project managers to develop project schedule
- Providing guidance and support to construction teams, including training on safety protocols and best practices

- Knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of construction workers

**Salary**: $41,505.77-$50,000.00 per year
