**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas regularly.
- Utilize heavy lifting techniques to move furniture or equipment as needed for thorough cleaning.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform maintenance tasks when necessary.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in various settings including offices, schools, or healthcare facilities.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or necessary repairs to management.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated time frames.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in maintenance work is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork.
- Attention to detail in executing cleaning tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
