**Private Client Account Manager - Personal Lines Insurance** (Salary Negotiable)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Private Client Account Manager** with a well-established brokerage in **North York, ON**. **Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Conduct renewal reviews, provide recommendations, offer comparison quotes, and remarket policies as needed to retain and grow the book of business.
- **Sales & Cross-Selling**: Keep an eye on total account awareness and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to clients.
- **Document Management**: Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and change requests via EPIC and company portals efficiently and accurately.

**Desired Skills**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of experience in the VIP insurance space.
- **R.I.B.O. license** is required.
- **Proficiency with EPIC** brokerage system is a must.
- Strong knowledge of **insurance carriers** (e.g., Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige, Northbridge Onyx, Chubb) and the private client insurance market.
- Proficient in **MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.**
