Night Baker

Night shift (8 hour shifts starting 7.30-8.30pm), flexible schedule 5 days a week (for full time) and 3 days a week (for a part-time).

$17.20 an hour and up, depending on experience.

We'll need you to be able to:

- Follow processes and recipes
- Ensure high quality of finished products
- Meet daily production deadlines
- Bake viennoiserie and bread utilizing rotating ovens and bread ovens
- Handle high volume and pack according to client's requests within deadlines
- Communicate with the head baker regarding the work done overnight
- Be punctual and flexible
- Able to maintain consistency and work independently
- Have good problem-solving skills and basic numerical skills
- Lift up to 55 lbs. (25kg) without assistance
- Prove clean criminal history
- Availability for a one-night trial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
