**Cheshire Independent Living Services is looking for Personal Attendants No Certification Required. In House Training Provided.**

Cheshire serves frail seniors and persons with significant disabilities to live actively and independently in their own homes and community.

**Compensation**: We offer a competitive pay rate for direct care services starting at $24.28 hourly, plus competitive mileage and travel time rates. Cheshire offers an excellent benefits package for Full-Time staff including:

**Training**: Cheshire offers on-the-job training and development opportunities. Emergency First Aid and CPR (re)certification are also provided by Cheshire.
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of others, every day.
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- A valid Canadian Driver’s License and have regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid automobile insurance with liability coverage
- Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends and understand the nature of our work and the importance of good attendance and reliability

**Salary**: $24.84-$28.33 per hour
