Red Deer, Canada TSC Nursery Sales Full time

**TSC Nursery Sales Ltd.** is a Canadian owned and operated wholesale supplier of trees, ornamental shrubs, roses and perennials. We are currently searching for Merchandising Leads and Assistants (seasonal positions) in 2025 for Red Deer area. If you have exceptional merchandising talent, are physically fit, love working with plants and have an awesome positive attitude our company will be a good fit for you.

**What you do**:

- Maintain the retail-ready appearance of all our products in a professional, creative and exceptionally saleable manner.
- Build positive relationships with our big box retail partner, managers, associates, vendor partners and fellow merchandisers.
- Previous merchandising and/or retail experience is preferred but will train the right applicant.
- Familiarity with plant identification and basic plant maintenance is an asset.
- Industry competitive compensation.

**You must have**:

- Good communication skills.
- The ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Smart phone.
- Steel toed boots or shoes.
- Day time availability and other.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
