Tailor / Seamstress

We are looking for a confident and experienced Seamstress or Tailor to join our team and work in a fun and fast paced environment.

**AS A SEAMSTRESS/TAILOR, YOU WILL**

Making customers look and feel great in their clothing by providing quality alterations in a timely manner, honouring the Company’s promise of delivering quality alterations.

**OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE.**
- Sewing production on time and under Company standards: Take in
- Continuously learns new alterations’ techniques and uses strengths to train other team members.
- Work towards keeping and improving production quality.
- Quality Focus
- All items worked on are of best quality, ensuring a limited number of redoes.

**CUSTOMER SERVICE.**
- Delivers exceptional customer service.
- Supports the Fit Experts at front room when needed.
- Comfortable with our Customer Service / Dry Cleaning Policy and Buy-Back Program

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:
1-3 years of sewing experience

Must have experience using industrial sewing machines

Able to alter both men and women's clothing

Good communication skills

Dependable
