$103,331 - $139,803

Research and communication expertise required:
Participate in all areas of managing risk, including identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting. You’ll be required to create insight and identify best practices, draw conclusions from existing intelligence, present action options and advise on possible outcomes of those actions. You’ll also support the organization in responding to and recovering from disruptions, through a holistic approach that considers all critical operations end to end.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop leading-edge practices
- Manage strategic and emerging risks
- Effectively challenge plans and processes
- Research important risks and provide insight to senior leaders and Board of Directors
- Organize related committees, including the Board’s risk committee

**What you’ll need**:

- A post-secondary degree in finance, business or commerce and at least six years of related (or equivalent combination of education and experience); a professional designation in risk management is an asset
- Experience managing risk in a financial institution
- Sound judgment and solid decision-making abilities
