**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Quote agents and customs on international air and ocean exports
- Arrange transport of cargo from customers to ocean carrier or airline
- Book air and Ocean shipments
- Prepare documentation for export shipments
- Finalize files and charges to the clients
- Track and trace shipments to destination

**Mindset & Personality**
- **Communication**: Has good listening skills and communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats including proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- **Organization**: Must be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail.
- **Multi-tasking**: Must have strong multi-tasking abilities, be proactive and adaptable based on the needs of our clients.
- **Problem-solving**: Strong ability to ‘think outside the box’ when dealing with complex requirements.

**Professional & Educational Background**
- Previous experience within the Freight industry in air, ocean, or trucking is considered an asset
- Knowledgeable in the Transportation of Dangerous Goods requirements for air, ocean, or ground

**Skills & Ability**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, show initiative and be a “self-starter”
- Goal oriented, always willing to seek knowledge and improve upon skills in order to drive new ideas
- Must have the ability to manage, organize and control multiple ongoing tasks well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
