Fleet & Yard Technician

Invermere, Canada Vision Project Services Full time

**Position**: Fleet & Yard Technician

**Location**: The Wild and Wonderful Construction Yard (Where the magic happens)
**Salary**: Competitive (plus potential bonus for every successful forklift maneuver)
**Hour**s: Full-time

**Who** **We Are**: We’re a construction crew that knows how to get the job done — and we don’t mind having a bit of fun while doing it. We need someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty, knows their way around a wrench, and is ready to take on a variety of tasks without breaking a sweat (okay, maybe just a little sweat). If you love moving stuff, organizing chaos, and keeping the yard running smoothly, you might just be the perfect fit for our team.

**Your Mission** (Should You Choose to Accept It):

- Organize the Yard - You’ll be the one to tame the madness. Building materials, lumber, tools, and materials — it’s like a giant game of Tetris out there. But you’ll make it look easy.
- Move Stuff - Forklift, hand truck, or good old-fashioned muscle — if it’s heavy, you’ll move it. No problem.
- Keep Things Clean - Yard improvement, sweeping, clearing debris, and making sure the yard is as safe as it is productive.
- Assist with Loading/Unloading - If something needs lifting, carrying, or loading onto a truck, you’ll be on it like a pro.
- Hands-on mechanical expertise required, but no license necessary
- Work with the Crew - Sometimes it’s not just about moving stuff; it’s about being part of a team that works together like a well-oiled machine.
- Fleet Care and Maintenance - Keep things clean and running like a top

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A Love for Tools - If you can tell the difference between a hammer and a sledgehammer, we’re already impressed.
- Brawn and Brains - Lifting heavy things and problem-solving go hand-in-hand. Bonus points if you have forklift experience or are willing to learn.
- A Positive Attitude - We’re building things, not stressing out about them. Bring your “can-do” attitude and good vibes to the yard.
- A Safety First Mindset - Construction work can be risky, so we need someone who’s always thinking about safety, safety, safety (and then some more safety).
- A Sense of Humor - Because nothing beats a hard day’s work like a good laugh with the crew.

**Why You Should Apply**:

- Variety of Work - No two days are the same, and you’ll be involved in everything from organizing materials to playing human forklift.
- Team Spirit - You won’t just be “another person.” You’ll be a key player in keeping the site moving forward and having fun while doing it.
- Growth Potential - You’ll learn the ins and outs of construction and can even level up your skills in the process.
- Cool Gear - We’ve got the tools and uniform, you bring the hustle.

**How to Apply**:
We look forward to having you on our team — and maybe teaching us a few tricks along the way.
