Web Fulfilment Processor

The Head Office for Charm Diamond Centres (CJ Limited) is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time, shared services role between our Fulfilment Centre and Corporate Sales departments. **Responsibilities**:

- Process customer/client orders efficiently and accurately using internal systems
- Accurately manifesting shipments
- Request transfers of product, ensure timely delivery, and confirm transfers in inventory system
- Organize for the engraving, sizing, and repairs of merchandise for clients
- Respond to and follow through on client requests in a professional and timely manner
- Complete quality control assessments for products and organize the return of rejected merchandise
- Create and issue purchase orders & invoices, process payments
- Assist in organizing and preparing items for corporate clients
- Assist with bi-annual inventory count of merchandise
- Maintain organization of merchandise and keep working space and files organized and tidy
- Various other tasks to aid in departmental productivity as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer literacy with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- A dedication to providing outstanding service
- Effective and friendly oral and written communication style
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Organized and detail-oriented
