Gardening Assistant

We’re a busy lawn care and gardening company based in Alliston, ON, with a reputation for beautiful gardens and a friendly, hard-working team. We’re looking for reliable, positive people who love being outdoors to join our Gardening Team for the remainder of the season.

**Responsibilities**
- **Weeding**: Keep garden beds neat and weed-free.
- **Trimming & Pruning**: Use hand pruners and hedge trimmers to shape shrubs
- **Edging**: Create crisp, clean garden borders with a shovel.
- **Deadheading**: Remove dead flowers, leaves to keep plants healthy.
- **Teamwork**: Work alongside a motivated, friendly crew

**Requirements**:

- Reliable, on-time, and ready to work each day.
- Comfortable with physical outdoor labour in all weather.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Reliable transportation to our yard in Alliston.
- Driver’s license preferred but not required.
- **English fluency required** (for safety and communication).

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
