**_ Position Overview_**
- WoodGreen is an anchor partner for the East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP, East Toronto Ontario Health Team), is a member of Downtown Toronto OHT (DT-OHT), and is also the lead agency for various initiatives/projects in Toronto Region. The Project Manager is accountable to the Director: Mental Health, Addictions and Developmental Services (MHADS) and will provide leadership, oversight, and support for multiple strategic projects and initiatives in the MHADS portfolio and the Community Care Unit (CCU), as well as, Ontario Health Team (OHT) projects that WoodGreen is leading and/or is a part of. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with key stakeholder leaders and front-line staff to facilitate positive change in the areas of client experience, community engagement, quality improvement, patient safety, system integration, and financial sustainability._

What You Will Do_**
- _ Manage implementation of projects and initiatives in the Mental Health, Addictions, and Developmental Services portfolio and OHT initiatives that WoodGreen is leading/supporting._
- _ Support for MHADS portfolio assessment, planning, and reporting._
- _ Support stakeholder and community engagement activities and develop engagement strategies._
- _ Work collaboratively with groups across the OHTs to align engagement approaches with other areas of work (e.g. priority population initiatives, evaluation, communications, digital health)._
- _ Support on-going innovation and continuous quality improvement initiatives._
- _ Conduct background research and perform environmental scans to support projects, initiatives, and meetings, where appropriate._
- _ Conduct assessments of client flow and service delivery practices to identify and recommend improvement opportunities in client care and staff safety._
- _ Determine when, who, and how to involve stakeholders and experts into projects/initiatives._
- _ Improvement methods and tools (process mapping, root cause analysis, PDSA, reliable design, rapid cycle improvement)._
- _ Project management principles (development of charters, work plans, resource requirements, status reports)._
- _ Change management principles (key stakeholder identification, impact analysis, communication plans, risk/change readiness assessments)._
- _ Structured data collection and analysis techniques to enable fact-based problem solving._
- _ Uphold and consistently incorporate harm reduction, trauma-informed, anti-racism and anti-oppressive principles._

What You Bring to the Team_**
- _
Graduate degree in a Health Care-related area or a Bachelor’s Degree, combined with equivalent relevant specialization and project management experience._
- _ 5+ years of experience designing and implementing quality/process improvement projects and demonstrated project management experience. _
- _Experience in community mental health and addictions is strongly preferred._
- _ PMP certification is strongly preferred. _
- _Effective September 7, 2021, all newly hired employees will be required to provide proof that they have completed an approved course of vaccination against COVID-19 at least 14 days prior to commencing employment or provide documentation to support an exemption based on grounds covered by the Ontario Human Rights Act (i.e. Medical exemption)._
