**Run the Fun**
- Note that this is a part-time position, working 16-32 hours per week depending on season/events calendar etc. _

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead from the front and set the pace & tone for the day or evening
- Complete open and closing duties including cash reconciliation while championing the CFP ‘inspect what you expect’ philosophy
- Lead an engaged, energetic, well performing team through involvement and collaboration; welcome new ideas from all levels of the organization
- Reinforce how Team Members’ actions make a difference for Guests; explain the whys behind decisions
- Recognize and appreciate improvement and good performance; reinforce the values and communicate the vision of Castle Fun Park every day
- Contribute in the development of new revenue streams; drive appropriate metrics to assess business performance

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Must have 3 years of relevant leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Creative and collaborative team player, able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business needs and changes
- Experience in the hospitality, tourism or attractions industries preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 16-32 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
