**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. For Residential/Commercialcleaning.

Handyman knowledge is an asset

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning tasks
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with staff and visitors
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Capability to perform facilities maintenance duties when required
- Capacity to lift heavy objects safely

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
