Pod Facilitators at BACI contribute to designing, delivering and evaluating the support provided in small group or pod settings. Pod Facilitators work with people supported and their networks to develop natural support networks, and foster self-confidence to achieve personal development in all area of people’s lives. They work closely with managers to assist in providing orientations, training, coaching, work direction and guidance to Community Support workers who work alongside them in pods.
**Position: Regular FT Pod-Facilitator**
**Location: Community Based**
**Salary: Step 1: $24.48 Step 2: $25.69 Step 3: $27.09 Step 4: $28.52**
**Hours: 37.5 hours/week Schedule: Monday-Friday as per schedule

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Human Services/ Social Services/ Community Development from an accredited College or University is required. In addition, two years’ recent related experience in community involvement and development or a related field. Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with a developmental disability OR an equivalent of additional education and experience may be considered. First Aid, CPR, TB test clearance and a valid unrestricted Class 5 BC Driver’s license required. Use of personal vehicle required. A job requirement for this position is complete and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.
**This position is open to all applicants. This position requires “Union Membership.” The successful applicant will be required to have a Criminal Record Search and Driver’s License Search completed.
