Every day we go above and beyond to deliver innovative solutions to help our clients make important decisions that directly impact the community and the environment. **As a Laboratory Analyst, your main responsibilities are to**: - Perform analysis, interpret, and evaluate HRMS analytical data, including Dioxins /Furans, PAH’s, OC Pesticides, PCB's and NDMA, in air, water, soil and biological sample matrices within the required timeframes. - Follow all documented QA/QC and SOP / Test Method protocols. - Prepare data packages for clients’ reports. - Provide input for corrective action responses and productivity enhancements. - Ensure personal training records are accurate and updated. - Perform all required reading with sign-off within the defined timeframes. - Follow all laboratory safety rules and regulations - Keep the work area clean and organized. - Other responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor **You are the ideal Laboratory Analyst, if**: - Post-secondary education in Science from an approved institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and one-year experience in a related area of testing. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail. - Attention to detail and good communication skills. - Ability to accurately follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions. - Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook and a "can-do" attitude. **The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** Bureau Veritas is a world leader in testing, inspection and certification services.
