**Job Overview**
You will play a crucial role in supporting company marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as you will be involved in various aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, market research, and e-commerce strategies.

**Duties**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
- Manage budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Create and optimize content for e-commerce platforms to enhance online visibility and sales performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance and generate reports for analysis.
- Support the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Maintain an organized database of marketing assets and ensure timely updates on all platforms.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
