About the role
Join the Facilities/Regional Operations Team as a Bilingual Specialist, Administrative Services. The specialist assumes the role of the regional lead in the location, providing leadership and oversight to the Regional Leadership Team, fostering collaboration and community at work with local employees. The Specialist assumes responsibility for assisting the Senior Manager for facilitating the provision of key support services and programs to a regional infrastructure of CMHC offices

**What you’ll do**:

- Accountable for the delivery of business services within the office including facility management, physical / site security, emergency and business continuity management (BCM).
- Identify, evaluate, escalate and facilitate resolutions to office issues, exercising responsible risk-based decision making where timeliness is critical.
- Provide functional guidance and direction to colleagues in a coaching and mentoring capacity.
- On-going assessment (internal and external) to identify health and Safety threats and risk of staff, physical space and operations

**What you should have**:

- Undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce or finance.
- Minimum of five years of related work experience in the administration or property management, leasing field.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience can be considered.
- Demonstrated experience conducting risk analysis and developing associated contingency plans.
- Strong Teamwork Skills.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
