**Job Summary**
This position performs semi-skilled to skilled work of a considerable variety pertaining to the maintenance and construction of grounds, buildings, and equipment. The work itself may involve the performance of manual tasks, truck driving and equipment operating. Some initiative and judgement may be required in solving work problems, and may require the ability to effectively understand oral and written instructions, sketches, plans and worksheets.

**Required Qualifications**
Grade 12 graduation.
Possession of a valid Class 5 BC Drivers Licence and a good driving record. Possession of any relevant BC Trades Certification would be considered an asset.
A minimum of five years related experience in building construction, maintenance and repair.
