**Overview**
We are seeking all team Members Front of House and Back of House:
**FOH**
- Hostesses
- Bussers
- Servers

**BOH**
- Dishwashers
- Line Cooks
- Prep Cooks

**Responsibilities include but not limited to for FOH**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding seating
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and sanitize tables
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

**Responsibilities for BOH**
- Prior experience in a kitchen is preferred but not necessary.
- Proficiency in basic food preparation, including chopping, seasoning and cooking.
- Good Team work ability to work with other team members and management
- Strong work ethic, Reliability and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Adherence to all health, safety and sanitation requirements to keep guests safe.

These requirements can be adjusted on specific roles (ie: dishwasher, cooks and etc)

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Proficiency in math for cash handling and order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with cashiering duties is a plus
