**Your Role**:
Under the supervision of the foreperson, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of municipal buildings. You will use a variety of manual and electric equipment to complete your tasks in a dynamic and well-organized environment.

***Your Main Responsibilities (Evening shift)**:

- Clean offices, rooms, corridors, staircases, restrooms, etc.
- Set up furniture (tables, chairs) as needed.
- Dust surfaces (e.g., shelves, woodwork, library bookcases).
- Perform minor repairs: plastering, painting, screwing wall plates.
- Assemble and install furniture (desks, shelves, etc.).
- Wash windows, display cases, and maintain floors.
- Prepare equipment for meetings.
- Inspect premises and ensure all doors and windows are locked.
- Inform your supervisor of supply needs (cleaning products, hygiene items).
- Wash, count, and prepare dishware orders.
- Perform any other related duties.


**Your Profile**:

- Experience in housekeeping, minor repairs, painting, and furniture assembly.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work.
- Demonstrates respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Comfortable interacting with colleagues and members of the public.
- **ASSET**: A DEP or AEC in a related field (janitorial work, general maintenance, etc.).

**Your Skills**:

- Must be able to communicate functionally in English.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Versatile and open to learning new things.
