Meat Wrapper

**Schedule Requirements**:

- Morning and weekend availability a must
- Available to work up to 24 hours per week

- The capacity to work in a cold and wet environment performing repetitive motions with a variety of equipment
- The ability to lift heavy items on a regular basis
- A heightened attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- An ability to prioritize tasks, follow directions and manage time

- A desire to provide outstanding customer service
- A desire to comply with established department procedures and safe work practices
- A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback

**Some of what you will do**:

- Wrapping and preparing meat
- Stocking shelves, rotate and face products, build displays
- Ensure that high standards are set and maintained for all safety issues
- Perform other duties as required

**Experience and Education**:

- 1-2 years previous experience in a Meat Department
- Customer Service experience is an asset
- Current Food Safe certification is an asset, however Country Grocer will cover the cost of certification upon successful hire

Pay: $17.40-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
