**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Transport and store cleaning equipment.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing custodial duties to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in commercial or residential cleaning work is preferred.
- Proficient in time management to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Familiarity with using power tools and hand tools for cleaning purposes.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
