As a Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper at Drayton Chop House, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. You will work closely with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, as well as assist with basic food preparation tasks. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress kitchen environment.

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
