What you’ll be doing
- At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview_

How you’ll succeed- Governance and Controls - Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of liquidity metrics through execution and continued development of the governance & controls within the liquidity management framework-
- Leadership - Demonstrate leadership by providing coaching and knowledge sharing to the wider group- Process Improvements - Establish initiatives to further the liquidity management framework, improving measurement, reporting and analysis Who you are- You can demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of Banking experience preferably in a Treasury, Finance or Risk role. It’s an asset if you have the following: advanced capability using Microsoft Excel; experience working with QRM. You have a degree/professional qualification in Finance or Accounting related fields (CA, CFA, FRM).- You love to learn. You're passionate about growing your knowledge and developing your skills, and you know that there is no limit to what you can achieve. You have a keen interest in the Treasury function, Liquidity Management, and you have solid knowledge of financial products across all asset classes.- You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems, and making sense of information through data analysis, understanding data patterns and trends, as well as resolving and troubleshooting data integrity. You're confident in your ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way.- You're driven to succeed. You are motivated by accomplishing your goals and delivering your best to make an impact.- You understand that success is in the details. You notice things that others don't.
