Paper is now expanding the sales team and has an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join us Reporting to the Regional Partnerships Director, you will work collaboratively with our clients, Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Customer Marketing to ensure the successful delivery of the Paper platform and services to our activated students.
**_ This position can be located in any geography in the US or Canada._**
**Responsibilities**:
- Upselling and renewal: Renewing the contract and upselling the subscription plans and services to grow the client lifecycle value.
- Managing Client Stakeholder Relationships: Ensuring that our Customer Success and Service Delivery teams have the appropriate district and school-site levels of access to nurture and scale student engagement and adoption.
- Customer engagement: Managing client relationships and providing high-quality service over the entire customer lifecycle and working in partnership with the client and our internal teams to drive Paper's value across the student body.
- Conducting quarterly business reviews with the client.
**Qualifications**:
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written is a must.
- Previous experience in account management or customer success role in digital marketing or SaaS or in the Ed Tech industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality deliverables.
- Results-oriented, self-motivation, and strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative, proactive, and effective approach under pressure, with strong time management.
- The ability to travel to possible conferences if and when required.
