**Responsibilities**:
Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures
Coordinating appointments for guests and maintain schedules for +30 service providers
Overseeing daily safety and sanitization checklists
Taking care of the salon appearance and overseeing your section
Sales, including retail and service
Working with other front desk team members to ensure efficient daily operations
Cash handling and cashier duties
Providing excellent customer service including concierge duties for guests
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous customer service experience
Previous retail experience
Previous administrative experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Understanding of social media platforms
Work remotely

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
