You will set up stations for menu, and prepare all orders correctly, efficiently, and timely, and ensure that they are served at appropriate temperature. *** **You Bring**: - The ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications. - Extensive cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills. - Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail to all tasks and duties. - A calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. - Organizational skills and the ability to self-motivate. - The ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material. **In This Role, You Will**: - Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients. - Ensure a well-stocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift. - Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves. - Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards. - Perform additional tasks as assigned.
